Rub the beef with jerk rub and set to the side to bring to room temp.
Chop the vegetables ready for cooking.
In a pan on medium, add some oil and cook the beef for approximately 7 mins on each side. Remove to a plate.
In another pan, add sesame seed oil and gently fry the garlic and ginger before adding all the vegetable except the spinach.Add some soy and mix altogether before adding the spinach.Cook until your vegetables are done to your desired level of crunch.
Slice the beef against the grain and on a large plate, lay the vegetables and the beef on top and let everyone dig in.
