Score the fat on the pork belly slices and season with salt.
Place the pork belly slices onto a baking tray and cook for approx. 10 mins, then turn to do the other side.
To crisp the fat up, lean the slices against each other and place them under the grill (watch carefully) for approx . 5 minutes. Remove once nice and crisp.
Honey garlic glaze
Add all the ingredients into a saucepan and gently bring to a boil then simmer until the sauce thickens a little - approx. 3 - 5 minutes
Drizzle the glaze over the pork belly slices.
Serve on rice with some greens e.g. pak choi, charred gem lettuce, purple sprouting
