coarsely ground black pepper

granulated white sugar

tbsp
onion powder

mustard powder

garlic powder

tsp
chilli powder

chipotle or cayenne powder
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl!
Store the rub in a tightly sealed bottle in a dark place (can be stored for approx. 12mths).
